1. What to Report Here
Use this channel to report an Onlink page or product that you believe is illegal or breaks our Terms & Conditions: scams and fraud, impersonation of a person or brand, intellectual-property infringement, content that exploits or endangers minors, hate or harassment, malware or phishing, misuse of your personal data, or anything else the Terms prohibit.
2. What Happens Next
We review every report. When one is confirmed, we act as our Terms describe: content is removed, the page is unpublished, selling is suspended, or the account is terminated — for serious violations, immediately. We may contact you if we need more detail, and we treat your identity as confidential, sharing it only where the law requires.
3. Urgent Harm
If someone is in immediate danger, or you have found content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, contact your local authorities first — they can act in ways we cannot. Then report it to us so we can remove it and cooperate with any investigation.
4. Appeals
If we took action against your own page or account and you believe we got it wrong, write to [email protected] with your handle and what happened. A human will take a second look.
