1. Welcome to Onlink

Onlink is a link-in-bio platform where creators build a public page, share their content, and sell digital products, courses, bookings, and downloads, or receive donations — all from one link. These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Onlink (“Onlink”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of on.link, dash.on.link, app.on.link, and every related service.

By creating an account, buying from a creator, or simply using an Onlink page, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to open one. If you do not agree with something here, please do not use Onlink.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Onlink evolves. When we make a material change we will let you know, for example by email or with a notice in the product, before the change takes effect. If you keep using Onlink after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page always tells you when they were last revised.

3. Your Account

You need an account to create an Onlink page. Keep your login credentials secure: everything that happens through your account is your responsibility until you tell us it has been compromised. You agree to give us accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You may sign in with an email and password or with a supported identity provider such as Google. One person, one account: automated account creation and resale are not allowed.

4. Your Handle

Your handle is the address of your page (on.link/yourname). Handles are given out on a first-come, first-served basis, but they remain part of the platform: you may not buy, sell, or squat handles, and you may not use a handle to impersonate a person or brand or to mislead visitors.

We may reclaim a handle when it infringes someone’s rights, is used in breach of these Terms, or belongs to an account that was deleted. If we ever need to reclaim one for another reason, we will try to give you reasonable notice and help you migrate.

A handle is a licence to use an address, not property you own. Handles that match the established name, artist name, or trademark of a notable person or brand are considered reserved for them: if that person or brand joins Onlink and proves their identity, we may reassign the handle to them — even when the current holder registered it in good faith. If this ever affects you, we will notify you, help you choose a new handle, and move your page to it.

5. Plans, Billing & Storage

Onlink offers a free plan and paid subscriptions with more features, more storage, and lower selling fees. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe; taxes may be added where the law requires it.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time in your profile settings; a downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not refund partial periods except where the law says otherwise.

Each plan includes a media storage allowance. If you go over your allowance, or downgrade to a plan with less storage than you use, we will ask you to make room; content over the limit may become unavailable until you do.

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is scheduled with a grace window during which you can change your mind; once it ends, your account and content are permanently removed.

6. Your Content

Everything you upload or create on Onlink — text, images, video, audio, products, course material — is yours. We claim no ownership over it.

So that Onlink can work, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, and distribute your content, only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep, for a limited time, for legal, security, or backup purposes.

Onlink pages are public by default: anyone with your link can see your page. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish and sell, and for making sure your content is legal in the places you offer it.

7. Selling on Onlink

To sell on Onlink you connect your own Stripe account (or create one during setup). Payments from your buyers go directly to your Stripe account. Onlink never holds your money and is not a party to the sale: you are the seller of record for everything you sell through your page.

Because you are the seller, you are responsible for your products — their quality, legality, delivery, taxes, refunds, and any disputes or chargebacks. Stripe’s own terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, apply to your Stripe account.

Onlink charges a platform fee on each sale, taken automatically at the moment of payment. The fee depends on your plan and is always shown in your plan settings. Except for this fee, what you earn is between you and Stripe.

You agree to deliver what you sell. For digital products and courses, Onlink sets up buyer access automatically after payment; keeping that content available and accurate is your responsibility.

8. Buyers & Purchases

When you buy from a creator on Onlink, your purchase contract is with that creator, not with Onlink. The creator is responsible for the product, delivery, refunds, and support; their Stripe receipt identifies them as the seller.

For digital products and courses, we create a buyer access account for you so your purchases live in one library and survive device changes. Keep the access link and credentials to yourself — access is personal and may not be shared or resold.

If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact the creator first. If you believe a creator is breaking these Terms, you can also report it to us and we will look into it.

9. Donations

Donations made through Onlink are voluntary gifts to the creator. They go directly to the creator’s Stripe account, are generally non-refundable, and do not entitle you to goods or services unless the creator says otherwise.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Onlink to: break the law or help others break it; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; sell or share content that is fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors; distribute malware or engage in phishing; send spam or run misleading marketing; scrape or harvest data from Onlink pages; interfere with or overload the service, or probe its security; or misrepresent who you are or what you sell.

Some categories of products and content are additionally restricted by our payment provider; where Stripe prohibits a category, you may not sell it through Onlink either.

11. Moderation, Suspension & Termination

We want Onlink pages to be safe to click. We may review content and, when we reasonably believe the law or these Terms are being broken, we may unpublish a page, remove content, suspend selling, or suspend or terminate an account. For serious violations we may act immediately and without notice; otherwise we will tell you what happened and how to appeal.

You are free to stop using Onlink and delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — such as those about liability, disputes, and your responsibility for past sales — do survive.

12. Intellectual Property & Feedback

Onlink — the product, brand, design, and code — belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use the Onlink name or logo except to say, truthfully, that you use Onlink.

If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree we can use them to improve Onlink without owing you anything — though we appreciate them.

13. Third-Party Services & Attributions

Onlink works with services we do not control: Stripe processes payments, Google can be used for sign-in, and creators may embed third-party content such as YouTube videos, Spotify players, or Instagram posts. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

14. Disclaimers

Onlink is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we make no guarantees about how much you will sell or earn. Nothing on Onlink is professional, legal, tax, or financial advice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Onlink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to Onlink is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and €50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence — or your statutory rights as a consumer.

16. Privacy

How we collect and handle personal data — yours and your buyers’ — is described in our Privacy Policy. It is part of how Onlink operates and worth reading alongside these Terms.

17. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes will be resolved by the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence if you live elsewhere in the European Union.
