1. Getting in touch

The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. We read every message and reply as quickly as we can — usually within a couple of business days.

To help us solve it on the first reply, tell us your Onlink handle (on.link/yourname), what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot when the problem is visual. If your message is about a purchase, add the email used at checkout and the date of the order.

Please never send us your password. We will never ask for it.

2. Common topics

Account and sign-in — you can sign in with an email and password or with Google. If you cannot get in, tell us the email address on the account and we will help you recover it.

Your page and handle — your handle is the address of your page. You can change it from your profile settings; older links to a renamed card keep working.

Selling and payouts — payments are processed by Stripe, and payouts land in the Stripe account you connected. Questions about a specific payout are usually fastest to answer when you include the order date.

Bookings and meetings — booking cards create the video meeting automatically once you connect your Google account. If a paid booking does not produce a meeting, send us the date and time and we will look into it.

Plans and billing — you can compare what each plan includes on our Pricing page, and cancel at any time from your plan settings.

3. Reporting abuse or infringement

If you need to report a page that breaks our rules, impersonation, or a copyright or trademark infringement, use the report form. It goes straight to the team that handles notices, and it is the fastest route for that kind of request.
